PRE-APPOINTMENT
Please ensure you complete the forms (sent via email, please check spam) thoroughly and honestly at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. This enables me to ensure you are able to have your chosen treatment safely and process any refunds (where applicable) if you're unable to proceed. Once you are within the 48 hour period leading up to your appointment any fee(s) paid are non- refundable. Please note, if you book an appointment and fail to complete the form prior to your appointment, this will take up most of your consultation time leaving little time to discuss your options.
Please note: Many treatments require a patch test, this is detailed under the teeatment where applicable.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES
1. REARRANGING and CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS
1.1 Appointments can be rearranged UP TO 48 hours before your appointment. If you are within the 48 hour period leading up to your appointment the deposit will be retained and new deposit will be payable should you wish to rebook. The cost of your Patch test/ consultation will be deducted from your treatment if the treatmentis carried out within 10 days of the patch test date.
1.2 Repeatedly rearranging your appointments may results in you no longer being invited to book services with me or I may require full, non- refundable payment for your treatment in advance.
Due to the nature of the treatments and the thorough health consultations required, appointments cannot be filled at short notice.

TREATMENT POLICIES
1. PATCH TESTS/ CONSULTATIONS
This appointment enables us to discuss your desired outcome, reason for your chosen treatment, manage expectations and conduct a patch test (where applicable) to ensure it's safe for you to proceed. If you have a reaction to the patch test please inform me as soon as possible and seek medical advice immediately. A reaction would result in you no longer being able to proceed with the treatment. Any fee(s) paid for your patch test/ consultation is non-refundable.
2. GUARANTEES
No guarantees can be given for the final result you are aiming to achieve. Lifestyle, genetics, health & aftercare plus your consistency and adherence to the treatment and aftercare play a part and this will be discussed in detail during your patch test/ consultation. Each treatment has it's own aftercare guidance which will be sent via e-mail after your appointment.
2.1 Due to the thorough medical history obtained prior to your appointment ruling out any contraindications, any potential reactions post treatment and scabbing or blistering/ bruising which will be discussed prior to conducting the treatment releases Raven Rose of any liability should ay adverse reactions take place following your chosen treatment. I will only proceed knowing I have ruled out all contraindications.
PLEASE NOTE: No refunds or credits are issued in the event you choose to leave your appointment part way through your treatment.
2.3 UNABLE TO CARRY OUT TREATMENT
If you arrive for your appointment and have failed to adhere to the pre-appointment instructions outlined in yur consultation for, you remain liable for the full cost of the treatment. One example of this is applying fake tan/ use of tanning beds before a tattoo removal treatment.
3. TREATMENT PACKAGES & FOCUSED TATTOO REMOVAL TREATMENT PLANS TERMS & CONDITIONS
3.1 By purchasing a course of treatments or a treatment plan you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final and cannot be refunded once the first session has been redeemed.
3.2 You can change the areas that you would like treated and pay the difference (if applicable).
3.3 The sessions must be used within 8 months for both LASER HAIR REMOVAL and LASER TATTOO REMOVAL which is a fair time frame due to the nature and consistency required for the results of this treatment to be seen. The package activation begins from the purchase date. The 2 additional sessions inculded in with Laser Hair Removal packages must be redeemed within 6 months of the 6th session. Focused Tattoo Removal plans are set out to a specific frequency during your consultation. All sessions must be booked within the time frame stipulated. Late cancellation/ No show results in you losing that session in the plan. FOCUSED TATTOO REMOVAL treatment plans must be used within the time frame agreed during your consultation. Late cancellation/ re-arrangement/ no show will result in you losing the session and an additional fee must be paid for any new appointment made to complete the treatment plan. Please note these treatment plans are discounted due to the frequency in which they're carried out.
3.4 Any unused sessions will not be refunded and the time period will not be extended for any of the treatments stated in 3.3.
4. CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
If you have agreed to a treatment plan and cost during your consultation, the total amount agreed upon is still payable should you wish to then reduce the treatment area on the day. You have from the day of your consultation up until 48hours before your treatment takes place to reduce the areas treated. Once the 48hours leading up to your first session in your treatment plan is in effect you remain liable for the full cost of the treatment/ sessions/ cycle.
STUDIO POLICIES
1. TIME KEEPING-
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment this will result in your appointment being cancelled as it will have a knock on effect with my next client. This will also result in you losing any money paid so please plan your journey and personal schedules in advance.
2. ATTENDEES
Please do not bring friends, family, children or pets with you. Raven Rose conducts treatments on a 1:1 basis.
3. ALCOHOL/ DRUGS
Please ensure you have not consumed alcohol or drugs prior to your appointment. If you appear to be intoxicated your appointment will be cancelled. No refunds/ credits will be available to you.
4. SMOKING/ EATING
Raven Rose has a no smoking/ no eating policy in place. Please ensure you have eaten at least an hour prior to your appointment.
5. EQUALITY & DIVERSITY
Raven Rose does not tolerate any form of prejudice or hate speech. I pride myself on providing a safe space for everyone. Offensive or derogatory language will not be accepted and your appointment will be brought to an end with immediate effect and you will be charged in full for your appointment whether it has been completed or not.
6. COMPLAINTS
In the unfortunate case you are unhappy with the service or treatment received at Raven Rose, please e-mail ravenroseleeds@gmail.com with as much detail as possible and include photos where possible. Please limit your e-mails to 15MB in size and send multiple e-mails if necessary. I will aim to respond within 7 business days upon receipt of your e-mail.
Please note: I can only discuss the matter directly with my clients and their legal representative (if applicable). Friends or relatives speaking on behalf of a person over the age of 18 will not receive a response and I will respond directly to the client.
