SPREAD THE COST OF YOUR TREATMENTS

All subscriptions are only active for 8 weeks.  

You may pause your subscription at any time as you are in full control of the payments.

You will not receive statements of payments made as you are able to review that information via the bank account you used to set up the direct debit.

Your treatment can only be booked once all 8 payments have been made.

Terms and Conditions

1. Refunds will only be issued if your medical status changes and once a drs note is provided.

2. Change of mind policy, if at any point you decide you no longer wish to proceed you are able to cancel your direct debit however no refunds of any payments made will be issued.  Please ensure you are ready to proceed with the treatment before setting up the payments.

3. If you decide you no longer wish to proceed with your treatment it is your responsibility to cancel the direct debit as I have no control over your account.

4.If you wish to pause your payments it is your responsibility to cancel the direct debit and reinstate it at a later date. You have a 30 day window to reinstate the direct debit to make

5. Treatments can only be booked once all 8 payments have been made.

6. Standard 48 hour cancellation period applies to bookings made, cancelling within the 48 hour period leading up to your appointment will result in 50% of your treatment cost being retained and the remainder is payable at your appointment once rescheduled.

7. Standard rescheduling terms still apply, your appointment can be rescheduled twice before 50% is retained and the remaining amount can either be refunded or applied to your new apointment with the remainder payable on the day of your treatment.

8. Late arrival by 10 minutes or more will result in your appointment being cancelled due to there being insufficient time for your treatment therefore 50% of your treatment cost will be retained and the remainder is payable at your new appointment once rescheduled.
